CIDER MAKER’S SELECTION 2021 is a noble dry cider which stands out.

The craftsmanship of our KODAS brewers and a whole year of maturing in an oak cask has given our Cider Maker’s Selection 2021 a mellow, pleasantly tart and truly rich apple flavor. 

The aroma has a hint of smokiness complemented by a scent of sweet vanilla. The straw yellow color is mixed with a slight shade of olive green. Have a sip and you’ll feel the pleasant fizz and a smooth mouthfeel which is followed by the lingering hint of sweet vanilla and apple.

The unique Cider Maker’s Selection 2021 is available in a limited amount and every bottle is numbered. Packaged into a beautiful silk paper, it is truly a bottle worth saving and savoring.

100% pure apple juice made of hand picked apples from KODAS orchards, CO2 , Includes sulfites

PAIR WITH:

Ideally picant to be enjoyed on its own. It pairs well with soft cheeses like Brie or Emmental, fatty meats like prosciutto and pancetta or with rich and savory foods.
