Lone Island Kyne Organic gets its name and distinct flavor from breckland thyme hand-picked from the clean nature of the isle of Kihnu, Estonia. Kihnu is a small but charming island located in the Gulf of Riga and was first mentioned in the year 1386 by the name Kyne. All of the breckland thyme in Lone Island Kyne Organic was hand-picked and dried by a lovely lady Maria in the scorching summer heat. Breckland thyme gives the gin a pleasant hint of spice to complement the mellow flavor of traditional gin created with the highest quality batches of organic Macedonian juniper, coriander, angelica root, licorice and many other botanicals.
