All shipments should arrive at the destination within 5 business days after you’ve made your purchase. If your country is not on the list but you’d really like to order, let us know at support@kodas.ee and we’ll make it happen!
Before returning your products, please make sure you understand the following. Otherwise the product(s) will be sent back to you and you will not be refunded.
*Defective meaning – The hermetic seal of the product has been compromised before receiving the products. Upon receiving the product(s), please inspect them for defects. Any defects caused after receiving the product(s) render the product(s) not eligible for a refund, so please be careful with the products.
Please write to us at support@kodas.ee in order to return your products. We will get in contact with you as soon as possible. We will provide you with all the necessary instructions to return your product. The cost of shipping is covered by KODAS to the extent of the initial shipping cost to you.
If our criteria are not matched, we will send the product back to you and you will not be refunded – we will contact you if this case arises.
