Digital Marketer

About the role

As a digital marketer at Kodas you will be responsible for creating and managing content on our digital marketing channels – such as facebook, instagram, email and website. You’ll have the opportunity to put your heart, soul and personality into communicating with our ever-growing community – to create some truly unique and awesome relationships with our customers. You’ll have a supporting team behind you to help with planning and creating the content – teamwork makes dreams work!

Overview

  • Engaging with our customers on our digital marketing channels – Managing and Creating content for facebook, instagram, wechat, email and website
  • Owning your numbers – Collecting performance data, analysing KPI’s and constantly optimizing based on data and feedback.
  • Managing and/or collaborating on product/service/customer experience development projects.

About you

  • You have an eye for branding and good copywriting skills
  • You’re a self-starter – you’ll want to plan your day and decide your own priorities instead of getting given a ‘to-do’ list to execute
  • Collaborative and supportive – you work well with a highly collaborative team
  • Proactive, but able to prioritise – with lots of projects coming down the pipeline, your biggest challenge will be deciding what to do first
  • Passionate about customer experience – you put customers at the heart of decision-making
  • You have excellent English language skills
  • You have experience in digital marketing and know how to analyse your performance
  • You like to thinking out of the box and have the courage to be different
  • Photography and editing skills are a big plus – Even though you’ll have a team to support you with content, you’ll have to get your hands dirty every now and then.

B2B Sales Manager

About the role

As a B2B Sales Manager your main responsibility will be to maximize our sales through our business partners. This means communicating with our business and end customers, finding out what works and what doesn’t, marketing our products in retail and horeca and managing sales and marketing at events. You will have the full support of our marketing team with content and marketing materials – together we’ll move mountains!

Overview

  • Managing our local business customers and helping them sell our products
  • Analysing customer feedback and the performance of our marketing efforts, optimizing for what works best and sharing your experience with the whole marketing and production team.
  • Getting your hands dirty with leading B2B marketing projects (e.g. developing marketing materials for our partner bars/restaurants).
  • Managing and/or collaborating on product/service/customer experience development projects.

About you

  • Exceptional project management and communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
  • Commercially and creatively minded, with the ability to spot new opportunities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • A self-starter – you’ll want to plan your day and decide your own priorities instead of getting given a ‘to-do’ list to execute
  • Collaborative and supportive – you work well with a highly collaborative team
  • Proactive, but able to prioritise – with lots of projects coming down the pipeline, your biggest challenge will be deciding what to do first!
  • Experience in B2B sales and communication with business partners
  • Highly organised – you’ll have to deal with lots of different customers, events, deadlines and projects – making sure you have a process to manage these will be vital.
